Weather in North of India differs from the South. The weather in the North is very pleasant between October and March, with January being on the cold side. Summers rfom April to July, can be very hot. The monsoons generally happen from July to September. In the South, it can be quite pleasant in the winter but never too cold unless in the mountains. Summers are hot with monsoons hitting earlier in May. We usually plan our workshops between October and March so that most days are pleasant and nights cool making it ideal for plein-air and travel.

Local SIM cards are available at airports and we recommend you get one on arrival in India. You must carry global adapters for charging your gadgets.

We design our workshops to include breakfast and most lunches if we are on the move. We like to include a few dinners especially a welcome and a finale dinner. We leave some meals flexible for you, to give you the choice to explore and enjoy the vibrant food scene in India. We will always have some suggestions for you that we will share at the start of the workshop.

We may include transfers to the hotel in some cases but that will be dependant on the city the workshop is planned in. In case the transfers are not included, we would be happy to connect you to a local travel contact for the same if you so wish.
